Our 2021 summary

We want to start this year 2022 thanking all our clients and collaborators for the trust given to us in this past 2021.

The year 2021 was for us, as for everyone, a year where little by little we approached a staggered but positive return, where we were able to be part of 19 prestigious projects throughout Panama City, the interior of the country and islands. Projects full of challenges, experiences and, above all, greater knowledge for future undertakings of equal or greater magnitude.

We welcome the progress that is perceived in the country, companies and investors giving it a push to move this wheel that needs the joint work and collaboration of all parties.

Within the 19 projects managed by Mar Azul in 2021, we were able to offer our services and experience in various economic areas, distributed as 32% in commercial projects, 26% in hotel projects, 21% in office projects, culminating with 21% in residential projects. To each of these projects, we added value management in the services of Technical Inspection, Pre-Construction and, of course, Project Management. We are proud to see our portfolio expand —both in terms of clients and project categories— thus responding to the adaptation of our services to the needs, culture and structure of each client.

This 2022 awaits us with new challenges and opportunities for all. Within them, we are about to begin an expansion of our regional presence, which we hope to share with you soon.
