What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?

Comments and contact forms

When visitors leave comments on the web, we collect the data shown in the comment form, including any document that is uploaded to it such as .PDF or images with personal information, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the chain of agents browser user name to help detect spam.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile image is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We also make use of certain API keys to provide specific characteristics. These API keys can include the following third-party services: Google Maps, CRM Analytics and Procore (API key, authentication URL, and client password).

All information (data) is stored in the local database indefinitely, unless it is deleted.
