In simple terms, a Project Manager can be involved in any phase of the project.
However, we always achieve better efficiencies by involving a PM at the beginning of the project, specifically during the planning phase.
The planning phase of a project largely defines its level of success. It is in this phase that we have greater flexibility and capacity for change to adjust the different edges of a project.
At Mar Azul, by doing good planning and value engineering of the project, we are able to align its different objectives to reduce —to a large extent— the risks during its execution phase.
